Arizona DUI Seminars

Recognized Information Resource for Arizona DUI Defense Lawyers and Other Professionals

For many years, founding DUI attorney Craig Gillespie has designed and presented DUI defense seminars for professionals, including lawyers, paralegals, investigators and forensic specialists.

His latest seminar, presented in Phoenix for Arizona CLE credit in February 2010, stressed the importance of thorough preparation for driver's license suspension hearings before the Motor Vehicle Division. Other topics covered included field sobriety test reliability, actual physical control issues, and ethics issues in DUI defense. Mr. Gillespie also presented a review of the most important DUI court decisions over the preceding year.

The Gillespie Law Firm believes that the presentation of DUI defense seminars not only serves as an important contribution to the development of the legal profession, but also helps organize our own DUI lawyers' understanding of the key issues and strategies in drunk driving defense.

For information about the ways our involvement with continuing legal education helps sharpen our client service in DUI defense, contact The Gillespie Law Firm in Phoenix. For a comprehensive list of the topics covered in past CLE presentations, see the Arizona DUI law seminar materials listed below.
